By October 1, 2020 February 18th, 2023 No Comments

www.erichammertherapy.ca – London Ontario Canada (Old South)Registered Physiotherapist Eric Hammer talks about isometric strengthening exercises for the shoulder.

These exercises are an excellent way to start strengthening the rotator cuff muscles of the shoulder without provoking symptoms which may occur with shoulder movement.

Isometric shoulder exercises can help strengthen the muscle required for flexion, abduction, internal and external rotation in a safe manner while keeping the shoulder below 90 degrees.
