Exercises for Big Toe Bunions

Bunions can typically form as a result of narrow foot wear. This type of foot wear, can cause rubbing on the outside of the big toe which can cause inflammation of the bursa around the joint. When a bursa becomes inflamed, the area can become very painful to the touch and with walking. The exercises performed for this conditions consistent of biasing a more neutral position for the big toe.
