SI joint pain is a very common complaint and is due to either restrictions in joint mobility in the SI joint or weakness in the pelvic stabilizer muscles.

There are certain test to perform in order to determine if the pain is coming from too much or not enough mobility in the pelvis. Once this is determined, a program can be set up to address weaknesses or improve mobility.
